We need to fix your smart meter

We’ve noticed that your current smart meter hasn’t been sending us any meter readings recently. We’ve not been able to fix it remotely, so we need to send an engineer. If they can’t fix it on the day, they’ll replace it with a new meter.

Here’s what you need to do

Book your appointment as soon as possible, at a convenient date and time that suits you.
If we need to replace your meter, it’ll take our engineer around one hour to replace one meter. It’s not a messy job, but we’ll be sure to leave the area clean, tidy, and as if we were never there.
